What inspections can be done with the industrial borescopes?

1、The internal inspection of equipments

One of the mostintuitive advantages of industrial endoscopes is that they can widen the scopeof visual inspection sufficiently, so that people can also display images ofinternal areas that are difficult to observe with the naked eyes; on the otherhand, after long use of the industrial devices, it is inevitable that theequipment will have various practical failures, and the defects that appearinside the equipment are the most worthy of attention. Therefore, to be able toobserve the surface conditions inside the equipment is another importantfunction of industrial videoscopes;

2、Assembly inspection of the industrial devices

The independentmodular design concept has enabled all aspects of the industry to operateindependently. However, for various large-scale industrial equipment, thedocking areas between various parts are often exposed to the outside, which isdifficult to detect with the naked eyes. Most assemblers can only assembleaccording to personal experience, because manual monitoring cannot be carriedout throughout the process, resulting in damage to many internal interfacedevices that are completely unknown; and the camera can be inserted through theinsertion tube of the industrial endoscope entering the docking interface,assisting the inspectors to conduct inspections in targeted areas, and thenconduct quality inspections on the assembly parts in an all-round way;

3、Defect measurement of equipment

The mostintuitive function of the industrial endoscope is to check the defects insidethe equipment, and the new measurement function is to assist the inspector toanalyze, such as: after finding the position of the defect, you can measure thelength, width and height of the defect in three dimensions, to carry out moredetailed measurement work; it is also more convenient to compare defects so asto decide whether to carry out maintenance work;

The internalinspection without disassembling the equipment is the result of the continuousdevelopment and maturity of industrial endoscopes. On the basis ofnon-destructive visualization, industrial endoscopes can develop defects,inspect defects, and measure defects, making the non-destructive testing workof inspectors easier, smoother and more convenient.
