1) The hydraulic valve block is a very critical part of the hydraulic system. If the metal solid particles formed by the burrs fall off enter the hydraulic system, they will contaminate the hydraulic oil, and may also block the valve body and pipeline, causing failure of hydraulic system components, and serious vibration and noise problems. Therefore, auto parts manufacturers often use various deburring processes to improve the cleanliness of valve blocks.
2) During the mechanical processing of the hydraulic valve block, the surface damage will have a great impact on the hydraulic system, which may cause problems such as oil leakage between the valve bodies during use. There are many reasons for this damage, one of the common ones is that the chips are not removed in time during the machining process, adhere to the tool or remain on the machined surface, and the movement of the tool makes the surface of the hydraulic valve scratch; or If the tool breaks beyond its service life, or the blade becomes dull, it will also cause damage to the surface of the hydraulic valve block. Therefore, it is very important to remove the chips in the process of machining and replace the worn tools in time.
