The bracket has a large internal space, and the detection path length exceeds 4 meters.
Provided solution: In order to quickly inspect the inside of the locomotive rail bracket, we use VS-Y6010050 megapixel high-definition series industrial videoscope. The endoscope has a diameter of 6mm and a length of 5m. It is equipped with a 360° omnidirectional head, which can realize 160° reverse visual inspection of the groove head. Because the internal space of the locomotive track support is large and the detection path is long, an endoscope with a length of 5 meters was selected. Although for endoscopes less than 3 meters in length in general, there may be some process requirements for 5-meter-length borescopes in terms of rear-mounted LED endoscope probes, this length provides the ability to quickly detect and operate flexibly.
