Therefore, the customer's engineers have compared the products of multiple domestic industrial endoscope manufacturers, and after multiple comparisons, they hope to have a deeper understanding and on-site effect evaluation of the products of micro vision optoelectronics.
On December 31, 2020, Shenzhen Micro Vision Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. was invited by Mr. Liu, the manager of the production department of a new energy vehicle dedicated drive motor system research and development and production enterprise, to carry out testing exchanges and on-site analysis with relevant technical personnel and equipment. This customer is a well-known domestic manufacturer of specialized drive motor systems for new energy vehicles.  Customer demands:
1. Industrial endoscopes require high clarity, with a requirement of no less than one million pixels, and can meet the standards of well-known foreign endoscopes brands
2. Due to the large amount of shooting used, the device needs to have a certain amount of memory storage space, and at the same time, it should be convenient for customers to export files

Actual testing conditions:
1. Aviation aluminum material, cast and formed
2. The observation section is 2 meters long, and there are two curves in the detection channel, with the inner wall highlighted
3. The extrusion groove is 7-50mm, mainly used to inspect the welding parts of the flow channel. It is required to clearly observe whether there are quality defects such as welding scars, weld beading, etc. in the welding parts, flow channel, and bottom

Difficulties in detection:
1. There are two bends in the flow channel
2. There is oil contamination in the flow channel
3. The extrusion groove is highlighted, and there is reflection at the welding point
